Walking is great for your health (well known fact). It reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke, helps you loose weight and it tones up your legs, bums and tummy. The best thing about walking is that it releases feel-good endorphins while reducing stress and anxiety. In short, it makes you happy. Walking helps me align my thoughts. I get to be alone and so I get to really think about my life, where I am, where I would like to be and how I will get there.
