My favourite thing about a green salad are the colours, I love the contrast between the different ingredients an so I always chop them into huge chunky pieces, so that they stand out, plus it tastes better that way. This Avo and shrimp salad is basically normal green salad (minus the tomato) with baby spinach, rocket lettuce, avocados and shrimp.
The shrimp is lightly fried using olive oil and I added fish spice and a bit of garlic salt (which I add to almost everything I cook) to give it some flavour.
I prefer my salad dry, without the salad dressing.
