Adding lemon and cucumber to your water actually has a number of health benefits. Cucumbers have anti inflammatory properties which help reduce puffiness and lemons are good for detoxing. The mint adds flavour to the otherwise bitter mixture.
Drinking lemon and cucumber water can also help sooth your skin, curb your appetite, reduce blood pressure and it is a source of added vitamins such as vitamin C and B1.
